This is where it all started – a classic tale of romance of star-crossed lovers. There’s action, family disapproval, eventual break up and of course, it all works out in the end. Watch this Telugu films to see a very young Sam play the lead with Naga Chaitanya, and AR Rahman’s music.

Manam (2014)

Set over hundred years, this one has one of the most unique plots. We see a little boy orphaned, but he goes on to grow up well and lead a good life. And then he comes across his parents reincarnated. We’ll leave you at this intriguing juncture.

Dookudu (2011)

Dookudu focuses on the male lead, played by Mahesh Babu, with a short but sweet portrayal of Prashanti, by Sam. This is a story of an honest cop seeking justice, with a love story woven into it.

Oh Baby! (2019)

In a hilarious plot, an unsuspecting grandma enters a photo studio, only to walk out in her 20s. The studio magically takes 50 years off of her life, giving her another shot at it. This Netflix film totally belongs to Sam, with audiences loving her bubbly persona in it.

Some of her other notable films include Eega, Rangasthalam and Attarintiki Daredi.
