The film directed by Sidharth Sengupta is a frame-to-frame remake of the Tamil film
Janhvi Kapoor has added yet another film to her increasing list of screen outings in 2021. The Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl actress will be seen reprising South star Nayantara’s role in the Hindi remake of Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila.
As per reports, the actress will shoot for the film in a 45 day schedule in Punjab and the film will go on floors on January 9. The Hindi remake is being directed by Sidharth Sengupta and will have Janhvi playing a North Indian girl.
Besides, this Hindi remake, Janhvi also has Roohi Afza with Rajkummar Rao, Dostana 2 with Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar’s next with Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal.
