Vijay Devarakonda released the first look poster of his maiden pan-India release that will have him play the role of a boxer. Titled Liger, besides the South star, the film co-stars Ananya Panday and will be helmed by Puri Jagannadh. The action-entertainer is being bank-rolled by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
Based on the name of a cross breed of a Tiger and Lion, the film’s tagline reads, ‘saala crossbreed’. Reportedly Ananya plays a diva and Vijay’s love interest in the film. The film is being looked at for a pan-India with the film releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
