He has been a regular face in Dubai during the lockdown. Now we hear that Italian actor and heart throb Michele Morrone wants to do a Hindi film. Michele decided to become an actor when he was around 11, 12 years old and always had the passion for music and singing, but it was a hobby that turned into a full fledged profession. Now that he is a sensation, launching his own perfume, learning Spanish for his audiences in Spain, Bollywood is a natural destination.
“I would love to do a Hindi film. As an actor, I love challenging roles and they can sometimes make you uncomfortable. I believe when you’re uncomfortable, that’s when you start creating magic.” He further even added that Bollywood’s reach is undeniable. He admits that he loves the Indian culture, music, colours and beauty of what our film creates. “I don’t know much, but I recently started educating myself by looking for information on Bollywood. My management team has also expanded to India and I can’t wait to see what the outcome can be.” The actor’s full frontal nudes were leaked online recently and he’s spoken about the breach in privacy and has taken action against it.
He agrees that he is aware of Bollywood approaching him for roles and that he is also humble to know that several Hindi filmmakers follow him, he said, “I am honoured and humbled. My team has been approached for Bollywood projects, and that’s why we’ve expanded there.”
Netflix’s adult drama 365 Days, where he plays Don Massimo, the head of the Sicilian mafia who abducts a Polish woman and gives her a year to fall in love with him.it is also one of Netflix’s most-streamed films to date, regularly finding itself in the Top 10 most-watched list.
When he was asked by the director of 365 Days, what did he do besides acting, he said, he liked to write songs. When he heard the songs, he loved it and used it in the movie. So Michele was the main character of 365 Days as well as did all the sound track of the movie.
For a man who used to work in Italy as a gardener, a waiter, in a company that used to build parquet (flooring), his role in 365 Days has made him an international sensation!
