The menu breaks down into three parts, soup, main, dessert and a drink. In keeping with both culture and tradition, break your fast with water and dates, then start off with the soup of the day, served with focaccia. The freshly made soups are changed daily and include flavors such as Lentil, Tomato, Carrot and Ginger and more. Refreshing and rejuvenating, choose your main course from the Salads on The Counter. The Salads are made fresh daily using locally sourced seasonal produce. Pick one salad or mix as many as you like with your choice of protein including grilled chicken, chilli prawns, grilled halloumi, sliced avocado, crispy falafel or sesame garlic tofu. End off the experience with flavorsome sweets including the delicious Burnt Basque Cheesecake, Lotus Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Decadent Brownie and Orange Almond Cake.
