Spiderman 3: Former Peter Parkers join Tom Holland in upcoming movie!

Christmas came early as Spiderman 3 announced a second Spiderman and Mary Jane are ready to return to the much-awaited Marvel movie. Andrew Garfield and Kirsten Dunst are set to reprise the roles of Peter Parker and MJ in the upcoming film. Reports suggest that Tobey Maguire and Emma Stone are also in talks with creator Jon Watts to reprise their roles. 

The former Peter Parkers will be joining Tom Holland in the untitled Spiderman movie which will also include a crossover with Dr. Strange, as Benedict Cumberbatch is set to star in the movie. Fans of the original Spiderman will be delighted to know that Alfred Molina, the actor who played Dr. Octopus in 2004, Spiderman 2 will be returning as an antagonist. The evil doctor will have company as Jamie Foxx will also be playing the villain Electro in the superhero blockbuster.

Tobey Maguire played Spiderman from 2001 to 2007 before being succeeded by Andrew Garfield in the 2012 and 2014 chronicles of the superhero. Along with Maguire and Garfield, Emma Stone and Kirsten Dunst will also be joining the current Spiderman and MJ, Tom Holland, and Zendaya. 

Directed by Jon Watts and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, the untitled superhero sequel is slated to release in December 2021.
