1.Immunity booster orange smoothie

Consuming orange smoothie is proven to be extremely beneficial for your body. Orange consist of various health benefits including the fact that it’s a great source of Vitamin C, helps achieve a youthful skin, lowers cholesterol levels, helps against constipation and many more. For this smoothie all you’ll need to do is add 1 large orange, 1/2 banana, 1 cup of frozen mangos, 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to a blender and mix it well. Once its all blended in serve it in a glass and enjoy your health induced drink.

2. Raspberry mixed with peanut butter smoothie

Another fun smoothie idea you can try is making yourself a raspberry and peanut butter smoothie. Raspberries are a great source of potassium which in order is extremely useful for heart function. Raspberries are also known to lower blood pressure and the presence of omega-3 helps prevent stroke and heart disease.
For this smoothie recipe all you’ll need to do is take about 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter,1/4 cup yogurt and 4 tablespoon of iced water and blend it all together to get your drink ready.

3. Oatmeal smoothie

Oatmeal are incredibly nutritious to consume for breakfast. They are rich in antioxidants, lowers cholesterol levels, improves blood sugar and many more such goodness. All you’ll need to get this drink ready is take about 1/4 cup of oatmeal(uncooked), 1/2 banana, 1/2 plain yogurt, 3/4 frozen mangoes,1/2 cup frozen blueberries and 3/4 cup milk. Blend them all together and serve your health induced drink in a glass and enjoy.
