5 Fruits that are good for skincare!

Fruits make for the most natural products for body care. Every fruit has at least one quality that helps us reap the benefits. Here’s a list of five fruits that are excellent for skincare!

— Cucumber
Yes, a little trivia here is that cucumber is actually a fruit and not a vegetable! It’s also great to keep your skin moisturised. Use it as eye patches or in salads, these can be very versatile.

— Mango
As it tunrs out, mango is not just delicious but is also rich in vitamins A, E, C and K, beta-carotene, polyphenolics xanthophylls and flavonoids. It helps smoothen the texture of your skin, reduces acne and inflammation.

— Apricot
Not to be confused with peach, apricot is soft and tender fruit which keeps your skin hydrated. It contains Vitamin A, C, and K and gives your skin a natural glow.

— Strawberry
It is called a natural chemical exfoliate for a reason; strawberry contains alpha-hydroxy acid (AHAs) and salicylic acid. It contains properties of that help fight off acne, bacteria and inflammation on skin!

— Cherry
Not just here because of the pretty privilege, cherry is rich in iron, calcium, Vitamin A and C, fiber, carbohydrates, and potassium. Eating a bowl everyday helps you get glowing beautiful skin and eliminate the dead skin cells.
