Tri-colour Biryani is an amalgamation of minty flavoured rice with fried onions, steamed rice, and rice stir-fried in aromatic spices and herbs with fresh vegetables. Paneer Tikka is tri-colour cottage cheese marinated with cream, spices and paste of mint leaves.
