Gulfood’s 30th edition kicks off today, 17 February and will end on 21 February at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) welcoming tens of thousands of attendees, uniting 5500+ exhibitors from 129 countries, and the world’s foremost industry CEOs, policymakers, investors, and visionaries. Under the theme ‘The Next Frontier in Food,’ anticipating USD 20 billion in trade deals and cutting-edge industry collaboration.

The Food500 unites the brightest minds and the most innovative ideas under one roof, and focuses on key issues including international trade, investment strategies, legislation, environmental concerns, health, and the socioeconomic challenges impacting global food security.

 The largest gathering of Culinary Futurists is the exploration and anticipation of how evolving science, technology, and consumerism preferences will shape food production, preparation, and dining experiences. Culinary futurists will showcase advanced cooking techniques that are revolutionizing how we experience and interact with food.

A chef with 21 Michelin stars, Ducasse is renowned for his innovative approach to gastronomy and his strong focus on sustainability—a vision that aligns with the UAE’s commitment to promoting sustainable food practices. The gastronomic superstar will share his insights on culinary futurism and the future of the industry on Day 3 of Food500.
