No Time To Die: The much-awaited music-video of Billie Eilish’s theme-song for the upcoming James Bond movie is finally out

The visuals in the music-video reflect the sombre mood and the subtle passion that Billie Eilish’s vocals evoke in this theme song ‘No Time To Die’

Besides the high-octane stylised action sequences, slick cars, drool-worthy gadgets, hot women and the hotter agent 007, if there’s one thing that James Bond movies are known for, then it’s the movies’ theme songs! And the upcoming Daniel Craig-starrer Bond film No Time To Die is no different. The makers today (October 1) finally dropped the music-video of Billie Eilish’s theme song ‘No Time To Die’ and it’s been worth the wait!

The song was released early this year in February, as the film was slated to release in April. However due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, the film’s release had been delayed. And ahead of the film’s release on November 12 this year, the video has been released too. As expected, besides featuring the young singer, the video also showcases scenes from the film. Set to a black and white-themed colour palette, the music video doesn’t present any new visual treats in terms of the movie scenes that might stun you. Instead it reflects the sombre mood and the subtle passion that Billie’s vocals evoke, bordering on the romantic, yet melancholic notes!

Interestingly at 18, Billie is the youngest ever artiste to have written and sung a James Bond theme song. Set to music by the brilliant Hans Zimmer, the video has been directed by Daniel Kleinman.

Besides Craig, the film directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, stars Rami Malek, Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright and Ana De Armas.
