Comedian duo, Sugandha Mishra and Dr Sanket Bhosale have finally professed their love in public. The two surprised their fans on Saturday with a social media announcement that they are all set to get hitched. The couple shared a love-filled picture on their Instagram accounts. We have learnt that they will tie the knot on April 26 in Jalandhar (Punjab). It will be an intimate affair and the couple has planned everything keeping the COVID-19 crisis in mind.
According to a source close to them, “The engagement and wedding will take place on the same date. Like they say, it’s ‘Chhatt mangni, patt byah.’ Given the COVID-19 situation, it will be a close-knit affair with only a few in attendance. Sanket is making sure to keep it as low-key as possible. Being a doctor, he is even more aware of the crisis and safety precautions, and wants to ensure that everything is in place.”
The duo had met each other in 2017 and started dating as per rumours. They always denied it. Sanket is best known for mimicking Sanjay Dutt and Sunil Shetty. He is a qualified doctor as well. Sanket made his small screen debut with Laugh India Laugh. Both Sugandha and Sanket were part of Life OK’s Comedy Classes. They were last seen in Sunil Grover’s Gangs of Filmistaan. Sugandha hails from Jalandhar while Sanket is from Mumbai.
