Must-visit Parks in Dubai

Parks are the most undervalued jewels Dubai owns. An escape from the city right in the heart of the city. From family picnics to some me-time, we have seen parks growing more and more in number and every park has a different vibe. Here’s a list of parks you mustn’t miss when in Dubai!

1. Al Barsha Pond Park
Over the last couple of years, Barsha area has been growing in terms of residences and eateries. With more crowd comes more recreational spots, this small oasis is located close to Al Barsha Mall. A landscaped park with running tracks, game courts and a man-made boating lake.

2. JLT Dog Park
This one is for all the dog lovers! A park exclusively to pamper your little friend, where they get to run, play and train within a gated environment for some off-leash fun. From green lawns, play toys to water booth, this place is the yard you always wanted for your pooch.

3. Quranic Park 
Let’s understand the Holy Quran a little better! Open to all, this Park is an insight into the the miracles stated and values stated in the Holy Quran. There’s a lake, the orchards, cave of miracles and a glasshouse with interactive displays. Don’t forget to follow a modest dress code while visiting this park.

4. Al Khazzan
Located close to residential neighborhood like Al Safa, Al Khazzan is the first solar powered park in the city. It has several outdoor activities for the kids and is alternatively known as the family park. You can also a enjoy a cup of coffee and a good read at the cafe library present in the park.

5. Al Mushrif
It’s a tiny little world tour at this park with miniature buildings inspired by various places from around the world. This park is different and unique for the facilities it offers, lots of play areas, horse rides and a swimming pool.
