The South star is ready to kickstart his new film with the Robot filmmaker
Even as Ram Charan is gearing to wrap up his pan-India film RRR directed by SS Rajamouli that also co-stars Jr NTR and Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt is already gearing up for his next pan-Indian film with acclaimed filmmaker Shankar. And ahead of the film going on floors, the South star met the director in Chennai. Also joining them was well-known South producer Dil Raju. Giving an update to his fans on his social media, the actor posted: “Had a fabulous day in Chennai yesterday! Thank you @shanmughamshankar Sir and family for being such great hosts. Looking forward to #RC15. Updates coming very soon!”
The South star’s upcoming #RC15 is said to be a high-budget entertainer that will release in all major languages including Hindi.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently shooting the last leg of RRR. The film has Ram Charan playing a police officer based on freedom fighter Alluri Sitaramaraju, with Alia playing his wife’s role of Sita. Jr NTR plays a tribal. The SS Rajamouli film is slated for an October 13 release.
Ram Charan has also had a reason to celebrate on a personal front. Buzz is that the South star has recently bought a beach-facing bungalow in Khar, Mumbai.
