UAE and technology are like the two sides of the same coin. The country is constantly working on introducing concepts and experiences to educate the people. Turning dreamy sci-fi fiction into reality. Holding up to its realm of being one of the most developed countries in the world, UAE now adds a feather in the cap with the latest electric sky pod.
The first-look of this high-speed sky pod located in Sharjah is out. It’s a 4 seater uCar that is currently running on a 400 meter test track in the emirate. With this innovation UAE aims to take it’s transport network to the next level. Within 3 years the developers intend to start a 130 km sky track from Sharjah to Khor Fakkan, adding sky transport in the global map.
An extra-light track that can carry pods up to 14 passengers. This aerial transport ensures that the land doesn’t face any disruption and is maintained for other developments. These pods are not just fast but also cost effective, a cheaper alternate to any other existing transport system.
A 2.4 km track is in pipeline and is expected to finish before the Expo 2020. This Expo season get ready to experience a lot of firsts, as UAE brings to you one wonder after the other!
