Zee5 Global is set to bring a massive weekend with the release of five new titles. From horror to romcom to action, the multilingual titles across five different languages and genres have a little something for everyone. Unveiling a line up of some of the biggest names of Indian entertainment – Taapsee Pannu, Nithin Kumar Reddy professionally known as Nithiin, Malvika Sharma and others will bring to viewers exciting new stories in all-new avatars today on December 9.
The titles releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi and Kannada will include an interesting lien up
- ZEE5 Hindi Original Film Blurr starring Taapsee Pannu
- The world digital premieres of Tamil romcom, Coffee with Kadhal,
- The much-awaited Telugu action movie Macherla Niyojakavargam.
- Kannada slice of life film, Monsoon Raga
- Epic historical action drama, Har Har Mahadev.
Directed by Ajay Bahl, Blurr is a psychological thriller revolving around a blind woman’s struggle around an unseen presence. The film will see popular actor Taapsee Pannu in an all-new avatar of a woman slowly losing her sight whilst trying to investigate the death of her twin sister.
Marking its world digital premiere, Coffee with Kadhal, will bring to viewers a light-hearted Tamil romantic comedy-drama. Directed by Sundar C, the film story revolves around a family of three brothers and a sister and how their lives turn upside down following an incident. The film stars Jiiva, Srikanth and Devadarshini Chetan in prominent roles. Kannada movie Monsoon Raaga, also making its digital premiere on the platform will bring to viewers the love story of four different couples and their unique love. The movie stars Achyuth Kumar, Yasha Shivakumar and has been directed by S. Ravindranath.
A Tribute To India’s Legendary War Cry starring Sharad Kelkar Marathi film, Har Har Mahadev, will bring the inspirational story of the battle which saw 300 soldiers, led by Baji Prabhu Deshpande the commander of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj fight against 12,000 Bijapuri soldiers. Bringing power-packed action, Nithiin starrer Telugu film Machela Niyojakavargam tells the tale of a district collector for the Guntur district facing off against a local rowdy and politician.
