Well, that’s what I like to call it! Because it literally takes three minutes to prepare it. Take a small jar, pour some maple syrup, add oats, shea seeds, yogurt and milk. Fresh Drink to Beat the Heat!

Lemon, mint and cucumber, there are the three ingredients to prepare this magical healthy drink. Cut a cucumber into thin slices and add it to a jar of water. Add thin slices of lemon and a few sprigs of mint. Store this water in the fridge overnight and consume it the next day. Make it a regular and see that skin glow!
