Neena Gupta will be essaying the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s wife in his next venture, Goodbye, that went on floors yesterday. Rashmika Mandanna, popularly known as Karnataka’s Crush, will also be sharing the screen with these veteran actors. This will be the first time that Gupta and Bachchan will share the screen together.
“When Vikas narrated the film to me, I was so happy. It is a wonderful script and one doesn’t think about anything else when the script is this exciting. Even the role is beautifully written and I am very excited to be sharing the screen space with Mr. Bachchan. It is a dream come true for me and I am quite ecstatic about it,” told an entertainment portal. Gupta will also join hands with Ekta Kapoor for Goodbye after having worked with her in Veere Di Wedding. Goodbye is directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Balaji Telefilms and Reliance Entertainment.
