Puaada starring Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa will be the first Punjabi film to hit the theatres. All set to release on August 12, the makers are leaving no stones unturned to create a buzz around their much-awaited film. With all the songs being chartbusters already, they have released the title track of the film – Pe Geya Puaada to enthrall the cine-goers.
The song embodies the entire spirit of the film. Talking about the song, producer Pawan Gill says, “When we shot the film and we knew the scenes where the song would play we only imagined how it would be as its a background song and wasn’t ready during the shoot, but in the edit, everything fit perfectly, in fact, better than was what we had imagined. The song takes the film and the scenes of Puaada to the next level. Nachhatar Gill’s voice is the icing on the cake, as we needed a voice that could be the voice of Ammy’s character but also have a third-person narrative voice.”
The response to the film’s overseas booking has been phenomenal. The audiences in India too are excited to witness the chemistry between Ammy and Sonam.
